” During the onset of Covid, I redid my sewing/exercise room and I subscribe to Perfect Fit Virtual Wellness…it’s a gym in Colorado Springs where my sister is a member. When I would visit her, (pre Covid) I would go with her. I loved it so much that I now subscribe and can do any of the videos whenever I want, and I can pick and choose which ones. Nice to be home to do it and I love the programs offered.”
