As we close out of 2021 and transition into 2022, it is important to take note of ideas, situations and circumstances that no longer serve us. Often times, it is easier said than done, but it is often times is necessary to our growth. In order to make these necessary changes it is important for us to be honest and vulnerable with ourselves. It is important to look at the parts of ourselves that we hide and avoid because they are too painful to deal with. As painful and as difficult as it may be, it is so much more rewarding. It the transformation process gets too difficult it is highly recommended to seek out professional mental health.
