Through my many years and varied experiences, I have learned that health and wellness are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. I often thought each of my careers had nothing to do with the other. I now realize they all have been leading me to a more complete awareness of myself.  I now know I can help you learn how to achieve the best “YOU” that you can be.    

As we age, we are given a great opportunity to learn and improve all aspects of our lives. My goal is to continue learning and to teach the importance of constantly working on ourselves in Body, Mind and Spirit.     I truly believe we can find a path together.
