About Me |
I live in Canterbury, NH. It is a very country setting. It has dirt roads that can’t be tarred as they are declared “Scenic.” My husband and I live on 250 acres of land and love the seclusion and country setting. We mow about 6 acres of our land. We make our own things from scratch. We cut trees and make lumber to build, equipment sheds and barn. We make our own maple syrup for our own use and our friends. We don’t sell it. Way too much work! We have veggie and 12 flower gardens all over the property.
My sister, Geri lives in CO and goes to David’s gym. When I visited her she took me to the gym. I loved it and signed up for video workouts as soon as I could. I love David’s workouts and do his and Tyler and Brooke’s too. I wish David had more classes online.
On health: I also should note that I have been doing Yoga with a book “YOGA 28 day exercise plan” by Richard Hillleman since 1971; I am on a 3rd copy of this same book as the others wore out. I had never been to a class until in the mid 199o’s when a resident in Canterbury starting holding classes in the Canterbury Center. I attended and loved it b/c of the guidance you can get with “in person” classes. She moved away same year and that was my only experience with in person until my visit to CO with my sister and attending David’s yoga class 2x. The video classes are the next best thing.
I walk 10 miles every Wednesday with my neighbor; rain, shine or snow and ice we walk. We have been known to have to use ice cleats! (Dirt roads can get very icy) It seems to take us approx 3 hrs. It never takes us longer than 3 hrs but hard to cut our time to less.
