Easy Homemade Protein Bars
I love this recipe! Its easy to make and you don’t need that many ingredients. Try it and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter or any allergy friendly sub
3/4 cup unsweetened protein powder choice
1/4 cup maple syrup, honey or agave
1/2 tsp salt
4oz melted chocolate chips ( optional)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips, to form a dough.
Place dough into a lined 8×8 pan and refrigerate until chilled, while it is chilling, melt the chocolate. After the bars are chilled you can either spread the chocolate over them and then cut them into bars or you can dip the bars in the chocolate.
