Not enough time
Do you ever feel like there is not enough time in the day? I feel like that most days. How do you make time for your daily exercise? With everything else going on in our lives it can be hard to make the time.
Did you know that working out just 150 minutes a week can help with weight management, mental health, disease prevention, joint health, improved self-confidence. It can help improve sleep and give you more energy. You may be thinking that is a lot of time especially with all the other things you have going on in your life. But if you break down the 150 minutes that is 30 minutes a day for 5 days. Surly you could find 30 minutes in your day to get a workout in or some form of physical activity.
I have a great workout you can do at home and it should take you about 30 minutes to get it done, the best part you don’t need any equipment! This is burner so get ready to work.
The Ladder- there are 12 exercise’s in this workout. Each number represents the reps of the exercise. The pattern looks like this 1,2,3-3,2,1-4,3,2,1-5,4,3,2,1 and so on till you have gone down the ladder and back up the ladder. The goal is to not take any breaks between the exercise’s, remember you want to try and finish in the 30 minutes.
- Push back to jumo squat
- squat jacks
- push back push ups
- loaded jumps
- burpees
- star jacks
- push up to squat( jump the feet up)
- Shuffle lunges
- knee hops each side
- knee tuck burpees
- plank jump feet to hands but leave hands on the floor
- knee touch plank each side
I always think of the song 12 day of Christmas when trying to remember the pattern of the ladder.
