With Colorado’s crazy weather it can be hard to get into the gym, and sometimes we have to get our workout in at home. So next time you are stuck at home try this good little burner, no equipment needed!

I call it the Lucky 7, it is 7 exercises 7 reps, 7 rounds, with no breaks in between the exercises and only a 49sec break between rounds.

7x Knee tuck jumps

7x Donkey kick burpees

7x Star jacks (touch your toes)

7x Burpees

7x Push back Pushups

7x Squat jack jumps

7x Froggie plank( in plank jump feet to hands leaving hands on the floor)

This is a great little cardio burn! Give it a try!
