The Bloat
Do you struggle with bloating? Do you struggle with finding something that tastes good and actually works? Well, I suggest you try this green drink. I love it and try to drink every day. Here is the recipe let me know what you think.
1cup spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
2 celery sticks
fresh lemon juice
a good chunk of ginger
a splash of apple cider vinegar
and 1 to 2 cups of water
Blend well and enjoy. I also like to add kiwi sometimes or even an apple. It is so good and definitely helps keep the bloat down!
